Andrea Clements

A1C levels are down, kidney function is up, and she's removed diabetic medication

In Andrea's words

What she says in her video.

i. My name is Andrea Clements.

I am currently sixty seven years old, and I've been retired for a few years now.

The biggest problem that I had to, that led me to join Warrior Babe was a menopod belly.

I did not want one. I do not want one.

It bothers me, and I wanted to get rid of it.

And at the time that I joined Warrior Babe, I had been working out with another online coach, mainly body weight, and I was ready to move on. And I knew that I wanted to use weights.

I knew that I needed to use strength training, and I knew that I needed a coach to guide me through the nutrition to put with the strength training.

And so I wanted to be able to have a personal coach, and that's why I joined Warrior Babe.

I love working out. I love, having a coach to guide me and help me.

I have recently visited my doctor. My a one c is down one point in the last six months.

My kidney function is up, and my doctor is very pleased with what I'm doing.

And I've been able to slowly wean off of a diabetic medication.

So we're going to monitor that.

But that's another reason why I wanted to do strength training was to have healthy a one c and a healthy blood pressure and strong bones.

I've had a DEXA scan, and I no longer have osteopenia.

My bone scan is normal.

And these things are directly correlated with working out and living this lifestyle, having better nutrition.

And in all aspects of my life of being able to have the mental focus and not worry about, the health issues and be able to be healthy again.

My body is stronger.

I haven't had the really drastic changes that some of the other warrior babes have had, but I'm looking forward to it. And, just wanting to be able to have a lean, toned body, have the muscle that I need to be healthy and strong, and to continue living a good life and have, the accountability of working with a coach and having the support.

I think my coach knows more of what's going in my life than a lot of other people do because I share things with her and be able to have that support from her and, Warrior Babies making it possible to live a healthy lifestyle.
