Hi. My name is Adorn, and I will be sixty four years old this year.
I joined Warrior Babes after years of working out, losing weight, but not being able to sustain the weight loss.
I wanted a program that would provide me with the tools, resources, and most importantly, information. Information not only from tried and true methods, but also scientific methods. So Warrior Babes has, done that for me. My coach, Theodie, is amazing.
She provides great tips, especially for me being a vegetarian.
I've always had to adapt other programs to suit my needs. So Warrior Babes has allowed me to lose weight, lose inches.
I'm more toned. I have, I have some, some more places to go, but I, I feel reenergized, restored, renewed, and most of all, hopeful that, I can sustain this for life.
