How we make our content

Straight answers you can trust matter more after 40, when you've already been given so much conflicting advice. Here is where ours come from.

Where it comes from

Everything in our guides, topic pages and Ask WarriorBabe answers is drawn from what WarriorBabe's coaches and their guests actually say on The WarriorBabe Show and in our YouTube videos. That's more than 700 episodes and videos, built on coaching 21,800+ women over 40 with a team of 200+.

You can always check us. Every answer links to the moment in the episode or video where it's said, and every section of a guide lists the episodes, videos and answers it draws on.

Who you're hearing from

  • Nikkiey Stott, WarriorBabe's co-founder and host of The WarriorBabe Show: a certified personal trainer with a nursing degree (BSN) and a natural bodybuilding pro card.
  • Maggie Topham, a certified integrative health coach and WarriorBabe brand face with over 30 years in health and fitness.
  • Our guests: doctors, dietitians, researchers and coaches, named with the credentials they're introduced with on the show. Their views are credited to them.
  • WarriorBabe members sharing their own stories, in their own words.

We credit every view to the person who gives it. When we can't confirm who presents a video, we don't guess a name.

How it's written and checked

We use AI tools to turn our own transcripts into written pages, under strict rules: only what was said in the source, credited to whoever said it, with no invented facts, numbers, studies or quotes. The WarriorBabe team reviews what we publish, and we correct pages when something is wrong.

Each page shows when it was last updated.

Health information

Our content is for education, not medical advice. When a page touches hormones, menopause, medications or a medical condition, we report what the doctor or coach says as their view, never as a diagnosis, and never with dosing or treatment instructions. Talk to your doctor about your own health, especially before changing medication.
