As the company expanded, Ryan, Chief Operating Officer, and Sarah, Chief People Officer, joined the company as partners, helping lead operations and culture. Together, the WarriorBabe leadership team is united by one mission: helping women reclaim their personal power and feel confident in their skin.

2016

The Garage Gym Era

A bold vision started. While working in the ER and training for a pro bodybuilding show, Nikkiey Stott started coaching coworkers out of a garage. This early hands-on experience laid the foundation for what would become a transformative approach to women’s fitness — rooted in strength, science, and empowerment.

Blending Online and In-Person Expertise

As demand grew, Nikkiey evolved into a hybrid model, combining in-person coaching with an online presence. At the time it was called Alpha Female Fitness, soon to evolve into WarriorBabe. This marked the start of delivering expert-level fitness and nutrition strategies on a larger scale, helping more women achieve their goals with proven results.
2018

The Birth of WarriorBabe

The WarriorBabe Blueprint was born, setting a new standard in fitness education. This program empowered women with the tools and knowledge to transform their health for life. The rebrand from Alpha Female Fitness to WarriorBabe signaled the start of a movement, establishing expertise in personalized fitness solutions for women.
2019

Innovation and Experimentation

WarriorBabe solidified its position as a leader in fitness education, testing and refining new programs like the WarriorBabe Revolution to ensure the best client outcomes with unmatched support in the space. Through strategic innovation, the company expanded its reach and impact while maintaining its core commitment to delivering unmatched expertise.
2020

Thriving Through Adversity

As the world faced unprecedented challenges, WarriorBabe stepped up to deliver strength and stability to its growing community. The release of version 2 of the WarriorBabe Blueprint provided women with actionable strategies to stay consistent and healthy, even at home. Weekly live workouts on Instagram fostered connection and motivation, while new products tailored to the pandemic’s unique challenges showcased WarriorBabe’s adaptability. This year solidified the WB Method as an essential resource for women navigating their health journeys, and WarriorBabe became an 8-figure company, further proving its impact and leadership in the fitness industry.

Elevating the Client Experience

This year, WarriorBabe introduced its VIP Coaching Program, providing an elite 1:1 coaching experience based on the WB Method. We started to welcome the best of the best personal trainers to our team. The program expanded the brand’s ability to deliver tailored solutions for women 40+ navigating hormonal changes and life transitions. The Blueprint and Revolution programs were further refined to ensure a cohesive, results-driven experience for every client.

Redefining Fitness Education

The release of WarriorBabe Blueprint version 3 showcased Nikkiey’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge education in fitness and nutrition. The WB Method was integrated into high-quality video content and expanded onto YouTube, growing WarriorBabe’s reach and establishing it as a trusted authority for women over 40.

Breaking Records, Changing Lives

WarriorBabe launched The Macro Hour podcast, bringing the WB Method to a larger audience with expert advice on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. The podcast stayed in the top 10 fitness podcasts within the United States and featured big-name guests like Jordan Syatt, Sal DiStefano, Dr. Stephen Cabral, and other leading experts in the space. The VIP program was revamped to set a new standard for personalized coaching, while our in-house marketing and sales teams elevated their intent to bring WarriorBabe to more women worldwide. This year also saw record-breaking revenue, solidifying WarriorBabe as a leader in the fitness space.

Meet the Leaders

WarriorBabe expanded its leadership presence by introducing the WB Leaders — Co-Founder Nikkiey Stott, alongside Maggie Topham and Andrea Simulis — two highly respected voices in the fitness space. WarriorBabe surpassed 100,000 YouTube subscribers, and The Macro Hour podcast reached over 1 million downloads — a major milestone reflecting the growing impact of the WarriorBabe movement. What began as a mission to educate and empower women through strength and sustainable nutrition has now reached millions, amplifying a message rooted in confidence, resilience, and lasting transformation.
