In this video
Chrissy is 52 and spent years on trial and error in the gym and on fad diets like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. They brought quick weight loss but never lasting results, and never left her feeling good about herself. Nine months into WarriorBabe, she says her body is changing into something she has never had in her life.
The shift came from learning macronutrients. She eats so much that she had to buy a bigger lunchbox, with pre- and post-workout meals, dinner, and more if there is room left. When friends ask if she is eating, she tells them they should see how much she eats. Her message to anyone worried about food is simple: you are going to eat, feed your body and feed your muscle.
She also talks about the support from Nikkiey Stott's weekly live sessions and the Facebook community, and the confidence that grew alongside her body. She learned to meal prep, cook, grocery shop and walk into the gym and ask to work in on a machine, something she says she would never have done before.

Chrissy: Hi everyone, my name is Chrissy. I just want to say how happy I am and how excited I am about this program that Nikkiey Stott has started, WarriorBabe Revolution. I came across this and started nine months ago, after I did some trial and error with the gym myself and different fad diets, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, stuff like that. Never resulting in anything, just quick weight loss and not feeling really good about myself.
Learning the macronutrients that she has in here is the most fantastic thing that I've ever come across. I don't feel deprived. I eat. I'm getting smaller and smaller, but my body is changing to something that I've never had ever in my entire life. Some of my friends will say, wow, you lost a lot of weight, are you eating? And I said, you should see how much I eat. I had to buy a bigger lunchbox just to take my stuff to work. And that's all before I work out. And then after my workout, I have my pre- and post-workout meals, and then I have dinner, and then if there's anything left over, I have something else.
If eating is an issue, you are not going to not eat. You're going to eat. You're going to feed your body. You're going to feed your muscle. You're going to find out things in this program that you did not know existed or were possible, and how much this is going to change your life like it did my life. I don't know if I said before, I'm 52 years old and I've never looked this good in my entire life.
Nikkiey is one of the most wonderful people that I've met online. I have never actually met her. One day would be awesome. But she interacts with everyone at least once a week live. You can ask questions. If you can't ask her a question there, you can ask her in the Facebook community. If she doesn't answer right away, one of the other women on there will always give their helpful hints and things for you to do as far as getting through to your next workout or your next meal.
You not only change your body and change your eating habits, but you change your confidence. Your confidence level in everything you do. Going to the store to buy clothes. Going to a job interview. Going to a social meeting where you don't know anybody. The confidence that you develop along with your body and your eating habits and everything else is over the top.
I can't say enough about how great this program is and how much it will work. I've learned to be motivated. I've learned what dedication is. I've learned to meal prep. I've learned to cook. I've learned to grocery shop. I've learned to go into the gym with confidence and say, hey, I need to use that machine, or I need to use these weights, can I work in with you? Where I would never, ever have done that in my entire life.
So not only have I gotten the workouts and the bodybuilding that I wanted to do so much, when I had no idea what I was doing, I've learned to be confident about everything that I do in the gym and outside of the gym. So with all that being said, you can't go wrong. You will not be disappointed. And Nikkiey, I love you. Bye.
