Hi. Welcome to my Warrior Babe testimonial. I'm Sheila. I'm fifty three, and I work at a high school. I taught English for several years, but, I'm now a teacher librarian, librarian media specialist, whichever you wanna call it.
My husband and I have two kids, age twenty four and twenty two. And so the last four or so of our twenty eight years of marriage, we've been empty nesters.
And, what led me to Warrior Babe, I well, prior to that, let's just say I have done a lot of fitness programs. I didn't really realize quite how many until I started sharing with my coach one time, and there are a lot. And you hear people say, oh, I tried everything, and nothing worked for me.
I was the opposite. I would say, oh, I've done a lot of things, and they all worked for a time, but then I couldn't stick with it. I was, kind of well, I felt like I was a failure. Like, the programs worked, but I got bored or couldn't stick with it or was inconsistent.
And so I felt like I had had failed these different things.
What attracted me to Warrior Babe is couple different things. I started seeing Nikki's videos on social media, and I've heard other people. Now babes mentioned that, you know, just saw her looking very fit and buff, and that was probably what caught my attention first. But then as I started investigating more, I listened to some testimonials kinda like this of people sharing their stories.
And a few things that appealed to me in particular were them talking about being able to eat more.
I didn't know what that would look like because I'd heard people say how you can, you know, eat more. And everything that had been successful for me for weight loss, I'd had to eat quite a bit less or cut out a major food group. I'd you know, with keto or whatever you call it. I have, I've used my fitness pal since, like, twenty fifteen, and you can see the ups and downs. And I can even, you know, see where it declines and name, oh, yeah. That's when I did Code Red keto program, and then it kinda crept back up. And, oh, that's where I was more consistent with Noom for a while, or that's where I did this challenge, or that's where I was following this person, or did this restrictive military diet just as trying to do a quick fix type of thing.
And could see those patterns, and I kinda thought that's what I was locked into as I approach menopause, and then that's gonna be harder because my metabolism's gonna be slow down.
So that's what I felt like I was up against. But hearing that I could eat more, hearing people say that Warrior Babe was sustainable, and probably most importantly, the coaching because I'd always tried to do all the research on my own, whether it was reading somebody's book, watching their podcast, or whatever.
I tried to to do the reading research, but never worked one on one with a coach. And so that was appealing.
So as I said, six months ago, took the leap, made the call to find out more about it, and I was ready. I, you know, took the plunge and committed to the VIP program, and I've been very pleased with everything about it. I I am eating more. I'm eating, like, two thousand calories, which, you know, at my most restrictive was closer to one thousand.
And while eating more, not that the scale is important to me as much anymore, but the scale was going down. I probably dropped about ten pounds, but more importantly, about, I think, about eight percent body fat if my scale is accurate.
You can tell by the pictures.
I I look stronger. I look healthier.
I I feel like I look younger than when I started.
And, I'm I'm gonna be able to stick with this, I think, for the rest of my life. So I'm so excited about where these first six months have taken me. Can't wait to see the next six months and beyond, and no regrets. Not a win. It's it's like tuition. Nobody can take this information away from me. Thanks.
