Robin Raposa

Hey. I'm Robin. I wanted to share with you the amazing transformation I've had in the Warrior Babe VIP program. I can't thank Nikki Stott enough for all her programs and all the support and all the things that she's done for me and all the hundreds and thousands of women that are part of her programs.

A little bit about me, I'm fifty four. I'm married. I have two adult sons ages nineteen and twenty two. I work for a large insurance company, and I am responsible for charitable giving communications and foundation governance.

I have been a vegetarian.

I, got my first gym membership at eighteen, and I've had one ever since.

I have tried all different types of diet. I'm basically a I was a chronic yo yo dieter before I started Warrior Babe.

I would just have that weight that I would always get to, that I would go ahead and restrict myself and exercise like crazy in order to lose it, and and I would always gain it back.

I suffer from GERD and IBS most of my life. I had been diagnosed with chronic inflammation at some at one point and also, leaky gut, which took me two years to actually heal. Through all the elimination diets and reintroduction diets, I am still allergic to soy, eggs, wheat, and all kinds of dairy.

I was the heaviest I ever was at, mid forties. I don't know if it was partly metabolism, the leaky gut, or what was going on.

I have tried, shake and shred challenge in which I lost a ton of weight, ton of fat, and, gained a lot of muscle. And that was not successful because I couldn't figure out how to eat, after it was done. I only could, really keep the weight off if I had two shakes a day and a small meal and very low carb. I lost all the muscle mass I had gained, and I was just really in a I was just exhausted from all the restrictions I had gone through for six months in order to do that program and all the hard work I had done. Unfortunately, I lost all the muscle mass. And eventually, after two years of doing that, I actually, got to a point where I was in a really low point in my life.

A lot of crap was going on, a lot of stress. Work wasn't good. My dad passed away, and, my self esteem went to crap.

And, I decided I had had enough. I was gonna go ahead and I was gonna eat and drink whatever I wanted. And within six months, I gained all that weight back and more and looked worse than I had done before.

In that process, I had been searching for different programs or something that was gonna help me. I just wanted something that was sustainable, that I could do for the rest of my life to gain some muscle mass and to actually look better and feel better.

I stumbled upon, Nikki Stott's programs, the revolution program, and, joined that in July of twenty nineteen.

Struggled a little bit with it and then found about the v I found out about the VIP program and was like, I think, you know, I need that extra stuff. I need the extra support. I need the extra accountability, to actually move forward and figure out what the heck is going on and why I can't move forward.

I had dabbled a little bit with macros, in and out of all those different diets and things that I tried over time in my yo yo dieting. I had done anything you could think of. I've done intermittent fasting, paleo, whatever, especially with my food allergies.

I found out about the VIP, went through the process and joined, and it's the best decision I ever made in my life.

I was automatically matched with a coach that was working with me pretty much one on one, created my meal plans and my a meal plan that I could actually follow and made sense finally to me, gave me workouts that made sense for my age, and pushed me and gave me accountability to actually reach my goals.

The biggest thing I learned out of this whole process, and I've been in it for about fourteen months, and I learned something new every day, was that I was learning so much from everybody that was in the community. I had immediately once I joined, joined the Facebook community for VIP and was blown away by the, progress that these women in the VIP program were obtaining.

They looked amazing, but they were also supporting each other through the good and the bad. They're everybody was having, you know, some tough times, and they were starting off and, you know, getting through it. And, you know, everybody kinda goes backwards a little bit and then goes forwards, and we are all there to, like, help each other. My first q and a call with Nikki, I introduced myself, stumbled through my introduction, and, just felt really welcome and supported. I was so excited, that I really thought I had found something. I had such respect for her, just from all the information that I had learned about, how she supported women, the things that she had done. She knew her shit, and it was, really, really, really refreshing.

So I kinda went through the process, and and in the process, you know, I struggled a little bit at the beginning of VIP still. Yeah. And, the greatest thing I figured out was that I needed to start trusting the process. I needed consistency.

You know, Nikki talks a lot about building your foundation, and I had to start doing that. And I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on still. So I realized that I had to actually go through a mindset boot camp. That's what I call it.

Is that I really had to go in and really start thinking to myself in order to, like, you know, increase my confidence and do all these things and do the things I need to do to actually make this successful, I need consistency. I need to forget about all that other crap that I learned, along the way because it wasn't really helping me. I had to get out of my own way. I had to start trusting myself.

I had to be honest with myself and honest with my coach. I had to stop sneaking snacks and not putting them in my macros and, just doing what I needed to do. Trust the process. It's so huge.

So I know the minute that I joined the program, change started to happen. I just wasn't seeing that because my mindset was in the right place. In addition to all that, I actually start doing things that I never thought I would do, like read self help books and actually do positive affirmations every day and meditate. Meditation has been incredible for me because it reduces my stress, and that would cause us all kinds of issues when you're trying to do all these things.

Basically, within five months, actually, when I started to really be consistent, I started to see the changes finally.

My boot camp was done.

I was doing it. I was doing all the things I needed to do to get it done, and I had this great accountability through the Facebook group. This amazing community of women that have they're like minded. They're they're in it to to win it. They're in it to get to their goals and be successful.

And, I've made lifelong friends in this group, and it's been amazing for me. My confidence is that on a all time high, I feel great. I wouldn't be able to be doing this video to tell you how great this experience has been without that. I'm so thankful for everyone and everyone that supported me through this. I have better relationships with my family, my friends, and my work coworkers.

It's just been amazing for me. So, I just wanted to tell you that, you know, it's something that you should really think about if you are stuck in any way, shape, or form. I have, already gone through about three journeys. I'm in my third journey here. I reached my original goal, probably five or six months in. I I was blown away when Nikki asked me if she could actually share my photos, my before and afters on Instagram as part of her program.

So it's I was, like, you know, at that weird point where if you had, like, asked me, or said you look great or whatever, I always had an excuse or something, and I was always meek minded. And this was the first time that I said to myself, yeah. I'm ready. I'm ready to tell the world.

I've been doing this amazing program. I've been getting this amazing support, and I'm looking really good. I mean, in five to six months, which, we have to all remember, we're all in a different place. So we all start this in, in a different place.

It took us a while to get where we are.

It took us a while to mess up our bodies. But for me, it happened within five or six months that I saw some amazing changes. I actually had six pack abs, something I hadn't seen since my early thirties.

I had muscle. I was shredded. I felt really good. And, what I was learning was that, it was something that was sustainable.

It was becoming part of my lifestyle. And if you had asked me three months in, I would have been horrified that, I wasn't able gonna gonna be able to do this on my own or keep it up. And six months in, it was already becoming like second nature. And by fourteen months that I'm in now, it is, it's my lifestyle.

It's, like, effortless almost, and it's amazing. So, through my the middle of my journey, after I went through the cut that I did, and lost the weight and and fat, I actually went through a reverse and a, right, reverse to maintenance, and I decided to do a build. So I'm in the middle of a build right now, and I feel amazing. I weigh a weight that would have put me triggered me into my yo yo diets, but I don't really care about the scale anymore.

I don't know if you noticed. I never ever told you exactly what I had weighed or what my body fat was because I don't really care about the scale. I care about how I feel. I care about how I look.

And I'm killing it at the gym. I'm eating, like, twenty four hundred calories right now, and I'm just, like, building great amount of muscle. And I can't wait to see, what it looks like once I go through a, cut soon. So I have to thank everybody that's been a part of the community, Nikki for her amazing programs and support, my amazing coach and coaches that I've had, that have been there to support me and give me tough love when I needed it, and, to say to you that if you are stuck and you don't know what's holding you back, the VIP program is a place where you can start to figure that out. And, hopefully, I would love to see you in the Facebook community really soon so we can all support you in your journey. Thanks. Take care.
