Heidi Merrill

My name is Heidi Merrill. I am fifty eight years old. I live in Idaho.

I am the mother of four and the grandmother of nine.

And my husband and I own and operate a live theater just outside of Yellowstone National Park.

So I joined Warrior Babe because I have spent years trying to get in, the shapes that I wanna be in. And I want I have an active life, and I want to be able to continue to be active as I age and and keep going with the things I love doing.

And I was an overexerciser. I would exercise way too much and eat about twelve hundred calories a day. And while I wasn't really putting on weight, I just wasn't seeing anything.

I wasn't really developing muscle.

I had some hormone issues, and it was just really frustrating.

And then one day, I saw an ad on Instagram for Warrior Babe. And so I looked into it, had an interview, and decided to go for it. And I am so glad I did.

I have been able to learn how to exercise.

My coach, Haley, has been so awesome in looking at who I am as an individual and my strengths and my weaknesses and and customizing everything to me so that I can accomplish what I want.

And so, currently, I'm in a maintenance phase, and I'm eating almost eighteen hundred calories.

And I'm not hungry, And I'm working out four days a week at home, and I'm actually building muscle. My hormones are getting better. Everything is turning around.

And I really do feel like it's less effort than what I was doing before.

But when I say that, it doesn't mean that that it's easy.

You really have to retrain your brain. You have to really try. You have to trust your coach, and and you'll get there. And the biggest thing that Haley's taught me is about consistency and sticking with it and just seeing it through. And I have really loved it. It is worth every penny.

I I I thought about joining a gym. I live in the country, so it it takes a bit to get there. And I just decided, no. I wanna keep working out at home, and Haley has has made it possible for me. And my team is encouraging.

I would suggest anybody that is interested look into it.

It is money well spent, and you will be so happy you did. Thanks so much. Have a great day.
