Karen Hull

Hi. My name is Karen. I'm age fifty five, and I work from home. I work for a bank.

The biggest problem that I was facing, is my commitment to myself to actually change, to have a health program, all around health program.

I knew that I needed to change my diet.

I I know a little bit about health and also a workout program.

And when I had seen some of the advertisements from Nikki, she seemed extremely honest, very, true.

And I think there was a lot of confidence in, the program and what she was offering.

So my biggest health issue was I had had, two surgeries several years ago, with blown out discs in my low back, and it was excruciating pain. And I don't wanna go through that again.

And I know the only way to do that is to strengthen my core. However, I wasn't committed enough in just workouts to to go and do workouts myself. I thought, oh, I work from home, but I have all this I I can I can work out from home? It never happened.

I would start diets and just not commit to them.

So it would just go by the wayside.

I am married. I have three grown up children. Two still live at the house.

So it's also, a challenge because of other people in the house. So when I started learning about worry babes, they gave me my own personal coach, Maggie. She's absolutely fantastic.

She works with each of us individually. She has other people on the team, and we do work as a team, and we really tend to communicate better that way.

So she's created a program specific for my needs.

I can change it as I wish, as I as I as I will, but she doesn't make it so ex like, out of range.

Everything is very much doable.

There's no challenges that I don't think can be completed or worked through.

Everything's done in a very reasonable basis. I don't really have any restrictions for food.

We do record my macros.

So my carbs, proteins, and fats, I do, record them early in the day. And I know I kind of preplan what I'm doing for lunch and what I'm doing for supper.

I don't I found that I am better when I bulk cook, so I've learned how to do that for the week. So I have proteins and things set aside in the refrigerator that I know I can grab for lunch, and that I can grab quickly to eat. I also have the little, fixins. So I've learned how to eat in the family, household.

So I don't necessarily make specific changes or anything. I eat the same food that everybody else eats. I may just change my, portions or things of that nature. So it's really helped me know that this is, like, what I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life. It's not like a fad, and and it's not some run of the mill type of program.

It's really centered towards me. I have my own personal coach, like I said, with with Maggie and it's been working out phenomenally.

We have challenges that we do, and I've become a much, much stronger individual. I don't feel like I can I don't feel like when somebody asks me to help them with something physically that I can I have to back away from it? I feel like I can actually do that without hurting myself.

So it's it's really helped my confidence in that matter, because we do have a farm and we have things that we we still need to to do, here. So, I think that it's made me a stronger individual to know that, I can back myself and my beliefs and my health is important to me. So if I can't take care of myself, I can't take care of anyone else. So I'm super happy and I actually signed up for a second year. So I'm working towards more goals, for the next year, and it's been a fantastic, fantastic journey.
