Heavier Weights or More Sets? Macro and Mindset Q&A

Chapters

This video is part ofMacros & Macro Tracking208 lessons · where to start, common questions and more

In this video

In this live Q&A, Nikkiey Stott answers WarriorBabe members' questions on training, macros and mindset. Her core message is to get clear on your vision and your why first, because when your mindset is on board, hitting your macros and getting your workouts done feels exciting instead of like a chore. If you struggle to picture a goal, she suggests Pinterest, choosing a realistic body rather than someone skinny and super muscular.

On the practical side, Nikkiey explains why tracking as you go sets you up to fail and why logging your food the night before changes everything. She treats macros as a skill: you will be over or under at first, and you will get faster. It takes her two or three minutes now. She also covers going heavier rather than adding sets when weights feel light, building from home with dumbbells, barbells and bands, and what to try before adjusting your macros when you are not seeing results.

She also tackles the fear that lifting heavy will make you look like a man. Women have small amounts of testosterone, she explains, and five years of lifting has left her with a feminine look. Muscle is what gets you toned and changes your body composition, and it grows outside your comfort zone.

Key takeaways

  • Log your meals in MyFitnessPal the night before and stick to them, rather than tracking as you go, so your day is planned and you avoid the temptation to buy lunch.
  • Treat macros as a skill: expect to be over or under at first, learn from it instead of calling it failure, and know planning gets faster, from 20 to 30 minutes a night at first to about two or three minutes for Nikkiey now.
  • If you struggle to create a vision, use Pinterest to find a realistic body to look at daily, and if you have weight to lose, choose someone a little heavier but lighter than you are now.
  • Don't worry about how you will get there, and if you feel negative after a week without progress, go back to your goal and your why.
  • Write affirmations that counter your limiting beliefs, phrased as your future self having already reached the goal and connected to the emotion of accomplishing it.
  • When weights feel light, go heavier and keep the programmed three or four sets: start with a comfortable weight, add about five pounds on the next set, go a little higher on the third, then repeat that weight for the fourth with good form.
  • If you are not seeing results after several weeks, Nikkiey suggests making sure you consistently hit your macros and slightly increasing cardio, from three days to four or from 30 to 35 minutes, before adjusting your macros.
  • You can do the WarriorBabe build program from home with dumbbells, barbells and bands, as long as you make your workouts effective.

Questions answered

Should I lift heavier weights or do more sets for weight loss?

Nikkiey recommends going heavier rather than adding sets. Keep the three or four sets your program calls for, choose a more challenging weight and make sure your form is good.

Should I track my macros as I eat or plan them ahead?

Nikkiey says to stop tracking as you go and log your meals the night before. It removes the temptation to go out for lunch, saves money and keeps you from going off your macros because your day is already planned.

Will lifting heavy weights make me look like a man?

No, according to Nikkiey. Women have only small amounts of testosterone, so looking like a man would take steroids or growth hormone, and after five years of lifting her own build is still very feminine.

Can I do a muscle-building phase working out at home?

Yes. Nikkiey says dumbbells, barbells and bands are enough equipment to do the WarriorBabe build program at home, as long as you make your workouts effective.

I've been on the program for several weeks with no results. Should I change my macros?

Nikkiey wouldn't adjust macros first. She suggests making sure you are consistently hitting your macros every day and bumping up cardio slightly, for example from three days to four or from 30 minutes to 35.

What if I can't picture my fitness goal?

Nikkiey suggests using Pinterest to find a body that is realistic for you and looking at it every day. If you have weight to lose, pick someone a little heavier but lighter than you are now, not someone skinny and super muscular.

And if you have any questions you want to start firing off, start commenting them beneath this video so we can start the Q&A in just a few minutes. But before we dive into the Q&A, I want to give a huge welcome to all of our new WarriorBabes who have joined us this week.

You are all now a part of a community of thousands of women who are getting toned and becoming stronger, more confident versions of themselves. What is so dope about our community is that we are all on the same journey, working towards the same goals. We go through some of the same things on a daily basis: kids, work, trying to figure out the whole schedule and the routine, trying to find consistency. And what's so cool is that our community is there to support everybody, inspire everybody and motivate everybody, which I fucking love. It's awesome to see.

So if you guys are new, you are literally part of a pretty badass community. I may be biased, but I think I can definitely get some backup on that. And for you to know as a new WarriorBabe: this is where strong is the new sexy. That's what it's all about here. Muscles are sexy. Being strong is sexy, not just physically, but mentally, right? The more you show up more confident in your own skin, more strong, more powerful, more unstoppable,

that's how the confidence comes within you. That was something I was going to talk about on our rally call this past Sunday, but I had to cancel it because the Blueprint Q&A went over our time. Anyway, that's something I may talk about on Sunday's rally call: confidence, and how to follow through with becoming more confident in yourself. It really starts with your own actions, what you do and what you accomplish on a daily basis, that builds up your confidence. As WarriorBabes, we strive to become stronger, more confident versions of ourselves.

And it's not just in the gym. It's also on a daily basis, mentally. So I love our fucking community. Dopest community you'll ever be a part of. Yes, Ashley, love it. Valerie: "Hey, Nikkiey and babes." What's up, girl. Our community is so freaking awesome. I love it. So if you guys are new, welcome. I'm stoked that you're here. And if you are new, please, please, please, and I'm sure all of the veteran WarriorBabes could recite what I'm about to say next, make sure that you are going through the WarriorBabe Revolution Blast Off emails.

They are so important for your journey inside this program. If you are just starting out and coming into WarriorBabe, you need to help yourself transition into this lifestyle and not feel so overwhelmed. That's why I created the Revolution Blast Off email sequence. It's 14 days' worth of videos, one video per day, and each one gives you one task to complete, which will help you get set up on this journey moving forward. So that is the first 14 days in your email.

One task to complete each day. It will help you with mindset. It will help you get aligned with the goals that you want to accomplish, why you're doing it, and making a committed decision to yourself. Once you have those in alignment, once you have your mindset on board with the goals you want to accomplish, everything else is easier. Figuring out macros becomes easier. It becomes more exciting. Going into the gym becomes more exciting. Getting your workouts done becomes more exciting. We have to get your mindset on board first, rather than just diving into a program, going to the gym and trying to hit macros with no idea why you're doing it, without a

deep-seated reason why you're doing it. The first 14 days help you get set up in that arena with your mindset and make sure you have a goal to focus on. It gets you super excited to wake up every day, super excited to hit your macros, super excited to crush your workouts. And then I'll help you transition into macros and into workouts. By the end of the 14 days, you're going to feel hella fucking motivated to go crush the next day and the next day after that. Whereas a lot of people come into new programs, get 14 days into something, and want to give up already.

That's where the motivation dips. They don't show up anymore. But that's not how WarriorBabes are. That's not how we choose to go about our goals. And that's why the first 14 days are so fucking important. If you are new, make sure you are going through that sequence and setting yourself up for success here. Those little tidbits and tips I give you inside those videos will help you establish that foundation and long-term success here, and help you

get to your goals in a realistic fashion. What's up, Sean? What's up, Kimberly? What's up, Carolyn? What's up, you guys? Everybody smash the like button for me right now so we can get the likes up and all of the babes inside the community can see that we are live and join this call. If you're tuning in and watching me right now, hit that like button so we can help all of the other babes see that this is live in our community. Before we dive into the Q&A: awesome.

You guys rock. Thank you. Let's go. Keep going. That's awesome. Y'all rock. So before we dive into this live Q&A, please, if you are new, make sure you are taking the time to go through the app. Take the time to search there. Listen to everything that I am sharing with you, because there are tons of golden nuggets and tons of information that will help you understand how to implement

macros. Macros are more than just the numbers you get from the calculator. How to implement them, how to structure your days, how to do rest days, how to do cardio days: all of that is in there inside the app. So if you are new, make sure you're taking the time to go through it and search inside the app for the questions you may have at the beginning. Don't flood our community with questions that can be easily found inside the app. Take the time to go through there. Then, if the answers aren't there, go to the home screen and click Need Help, because my team has

literally taken the time to make our frequently asked questions resource page so clear and concise, with the common questions we get on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, from when we first started to now. We update it every single month, so there are tons of answers to questions you may have inside the FAQ resource page. If your answer can't be found in either of those two resources, then come to these Q&As. This is what it's all about. Every Wednesday I'm here at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to help you with any questions you have, any verification you

need, any clarification, support, tough love. I show up for you guys so that you feel supported and you know what you need to be doing after I leave this call. So make sure you attend these Q&As so you can get your questions answered. And by the way, if you have any questions, start firing them off in the comments beneath this video so that when I start our Q&A, we can just start ripping through some questions. If you can't attend the Q&As, there's always a replay.

If you can't find the answer in the app or the FAQs, then come to the Facebook group. Ask your fellow WarriorBabes: "Hey guys, I've got this question. Can somebody help me?" And I guarantee, like Ashley said, dopest community around, somebody will be there to help you within 30 seconds to two minutes and your question will be answered. But make sure you're learning this stuff for yourself. Because like I say all the time, macros is not another diet. It's a skill set that will serve you for the rest of your life.

All of the knowledge I'm giving you inside the app and how I'm helping you structure your macros on a daily basis, those are things you have to implement and learn. It's work that you have to do. You came here to WarriorBabe because you have a goal you want to accomplish. I'm giving you the tools and resources to accomplish that goal, but you've got to put in the work. And it's my job on these Q&As to give you tough love, call you out and make sure you know what you need to do to get to your goals.

If anything you're saying here on the Q&As is not in alignment with the goal I know you have for being here, I will call you out. Because you have to put in the work. I'm not going to grocery shop for you. I wish I could hang out with you guys on a daily basis, but I can't. You have to do that work. And when you put in that work, you will get the results. So remember, it's a 50-50 team effort. I'm giving you the tools and resources. Now you guys do the work.

So let's fire off this Q&A, y'all. I'm excited to be here. Carolyn: "You are awesome. I started back in October, but seriously strained my MCL in an accident and have been laid up. Ready to get started now. Is there a way to reset the emails to get started back up?" So you don't have to restart the emails, Carolyn. What you can do is go into the Facebook group and click on Units, and inside the units are all of the WarriorBabe Blast Off videos.

All 14 of them. So for those of you veterans who have been in it and want to revisit them, which I highly fucking recommend: I like to think of it like a movie. Whenever you watch a movie again, you always notice things you missed. So you always want to go back, revisit, and reset your goals. Go back and reset your why, or get clear on your why again, so you get excited. If you have a vision you're working towards for your body, something you want to accomplish,

that vision should get you excited on a daily basis. But you've got to go through the emails I'm talking about in order to get excited and set that goal and that why. When you have that goal and that why, and you can see that vision, everything else gets exciting. Macros are exciting. Workouts are exciting. Nothing is hard. Yes. Come on, guys, smash the hearts if this makes sense. You have to have a vision. And I know it's really hard for a lot of women who aren't vision-oriented.

When that's the case, go to Pinterest. Find something that resembles the body you want, and look at it on a daily basis. Never go for something that's skinny and super muscular. If you have weight to lose, find somebody who's a little bit on the heavier side, but at less weight than you, so you're realistic with yourself and with that vision. Keep going with the hearts.

If this makes sense and it's hitting home, smash those hearts, smash the like button. Let's keep rolling. Carolyn, thank you, because your question opened up so much to help you guys in the mindset arena. And here's another thing: don't worry about the how. Have that vision, but on a daily basis, don't worry about how you're going to get there or how you're going to do it. Don't worry about that, because that's where all of the anxiety comes from.

That's where all of the "How am I going to do it? I'm never going to get there" comes from. All you have to do is have that vision, and you have the tools and resources. All you've got to do is put in the work and get excited about it. If you're negative on a daily basis, or you're negative after one week of not seeing progress, go back to your goal. Go back to your why. Why are you doing this? What's your goal? Get yourself excited again so that you have something you're working towards on a daily basis with the vision that you have.

And Pinterest really helps people who can't create visions, finding something that is realistic for you and the goal you want to accomplish. All right, cool. Sandy: "Just in the same boat." Laura, what's up, babe? Sean: "Done doing a cut. Now I want to go into a build again, but this time I don't have a gym membership right now.

Exercising with a mask doesn't work for me, so I'm still working out from home. Lots of dumbbells, barbells, bands, et cetera. Is it still effective to do the WarriorBabe build and modify some exercises to work at home?" Absolutely, 150,000%. I'm going to get excited because I'm going to bring up Cheryl Beaver. You guys all know Cheryl Beaver, right? She was in the Revolution for a while, and now she's in the VIP program. She consistently works out from home.

Guys, she is nearing the 400 Carb Club right now. She is at 380 grams of carbohydrates, and she's fucking crushing it. And she's doing the build program from home. So yes, it's absolutely freaking possible. You have barbells, you have dumbbells, you have bands. You have enough equipment, 100%. As long as you make your workouts super effective, there's no problem transitioning your macros into a build. Laura: "I got my food scale and weight scale, and I tried a mock-up with my foods,

but I'm always off with my macros. I see I'm not always going to be perfect, but I'm going to start on Monday. I'm using MyFitnessPal to log it the best I can, but I know I will get better." Good, Laura. That is a perfect freaking mentality, babe. Yes. Like I commonly say on these Q&As, macros is a skill set. It's something you have to learn and constantly get better at doing.

It's just like working out. It's just like starting a new job when you have no idea what you're doing, and you learn the skills that job requires. I don't really want to compare macros to a job, because it's something you should love to do, knowing it's going to help you reach your goals. But at first, it's going to take you time and require a lot of patience. It's going to test you at first. But if you keep doing it consistently on a daily basis and get better and

better at it, you will not only get better and better, you will get faster and faster. So give yourself grace. Know that some days at the beginning you're going to be way over, or way under, whatever. Learn from that. You didn't fail. You just need to learn from it and then make better arrangements with your macros. And as I always say, if you listened to Emily's interview, which was absolutely fucking

fire, and if you haven't listened to it, make sure you go into the announcements or check out our YouTube page, she is somebody who also preaches this, and I do too: always plan ahead. Laura, this may not pertain to you, but I'm saying this in general to everybody. If you are new and you are tracking your macros as you go throughout the day, stop. You are destined for doom.

You are destined for failure. You are destined for negative chit-chat in your brain saying, "This is never going to work. I'm never going to make this happen. Macros is too hard. I'm going to fall off." So if you're tracking as you go, stop. Let me tell you how much easier it is to set up your macros the night before. It's an absolute fucking game changer. Plus, the next day your food is already accounted for.

It eliminates any temptation to go out to lunch or buy food, which saves you money. It keeps you from going off your macros. It already has you set up with the meals you need to eat. It's right there in front of you. Your day is already planned. At first it's going to take you a good 20 or 30 minutes each night to play around in MyFitnessPal, go into your kitchen, barcode-scan everything and put it in alignment

with your macros within MyFitnessPal. And then you're set and ready to go. But as you do that every day, it gets faster. I can do my logs in literally three minutes now. I think I timed myself before, and it was two or three minutes max. And Ashley's saying, "Huge game changer." It is. It's an absolute huge game changer. To all of you new babes listening right now: jokes on you if you track as you go moving forward.

Because you know it's going to bring you defeat. You don't want defeat, because it's going to take you a step back rather than a step forward. So make sure you're logging your meals the night before and sticking to those meals. Anybody got any more questions? Carolyn: "Awesome. Thank you so very much, Nikkiey." You're welcome, babe. Sean: "Perfect. Thanks." You're welcome, Sean. Enjoy it. Have fun.

Enjoy that food and enjoy the workouts. Push yourself. Remember: I am building muscle. I am changing my body composition. I am so excited. I am so happy and grateful right now that I am building muscle and adding muscle to my body. I feel strong. I feel empowered. Tell yourself that every single day. That shit gets you so fucking excited that you want to go into the gym and crush your goals. And Sean, I'm not saying that only to you.

I'm saying it to everybody. Everyone, get excited about your goals. What do you want to accomplish? You want to lose 5% body fat? "I'm so happy and grateful now that I have lost 5% body fat. I feel stronger with my body. I feel sexy with my body. I feel confident with my body." You always want to have an affirmation that goes against the limiting belief you have, something more positive. You never want to say negative stuff. You always want it positive. And then you want to connect it with the emotion of accomplishing that goal.

That's your future self. You're saying what your future self is going to be and look like. So you are reaching out to your vision and pulling it closer to you on a daily basis. And when you do that, you are creating the actions you want to accomplish every day, the ones that get you to that vision. It gets you excited. It gets you positive. So I highly recommend that stuff. I think affirmations are in one of the Blast Off emails, so I teach you how to write them, and they are another game changer as well.

I remember I did them straight for about four months, and you should really keep going and going. But for those four months, that was an absolute game changer for me. So many things were changing. So many things were happening, and it's all in your control. You have the ability to change any negative thought you have about yourself or your body into a more positive thought. And you can say it over and over and over again. When you say it over and over again, you're reprogramming your subconscious

mind, which most of us operate from, all of the chatter going on inside your brain. You can rewire that just by saying more positive things about yourself and the things you want to accomplish. And when it's more positive and in alignment with your goals, that's when it becomes easier and more fun, and you see things come into your reality on a daily basis that bring you one step closer to your goal or help you get to it.

Laura: "Your workouts are actually building muscle in my arms, and I did back today, and I'm so sore." Yes, I love it. That is beautiful. I'm happy to hear that, girl. Keep it up. Kimberly: "Would you recommend heavier weights or more sets if the weights are feeling lighter? Some have said more sets for weight loss, which I do want to focus on right now. Is that true?" I would go for heavier weight and keep the sets the same. Focus on three sets, four sets, whatever is programmed, but go for

a more challenging weight. I shared this on my Instagram story. If you don't follow me on Instagram, make sure you do, because that's basically where I hang out. That's my downtime. I go to IG, I talk to you guys, and I know what you guys are thinking. I love hanging out there and sharing what I'm going through as well. So this is something that happened to me yesterday. We always underestimate ourselves in the weight arena. We're afraid to lift the heavy weight because we don't know if we're going to get

injured, or we're alone and don't have a spotter or somebody to help us out. But always, always push yourself to do a little bit more. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger says, he doesn't stop until it starts hurting. So always go for a little bit more challenging weight, and make sure your form is good. Guys, I challenge every single one of you. If you underestimate

yourself with the weights, give me a one in the comments. If you're somebody who challenges yourself with weights on a consistent, weekly basis and this doesn't really apply to you, give me a two. I want to challenge everybody who's giving me that one right now. Let's see. There's a little bit of lag time.

Yes. One, one, two. Nice, Laura. One, one. Okay. So I challenge everybody who gave me a one: tomorrow in your workout, go five to 10 pounds heavier and just watch yourself. Watch yourself excel, lift that weight and perform with really good form. That will help you get outside your comfort zone with weights and give you more confidence to push it a little more each time you go into the gym.

I challenge every one of you. Share it in the Facebook group and let the other WarriorBabes know you're doing this. I challenge you to do it because this happened to me yesterday. I challenged myself to do more weight than I thought I could, and I did it with no fucking problem. No problem. I could have gone heavier, but I was already on my last set, so I pulled it back. Here's how I recommend you approach it in the weight arena, so you're still

using good form and giving yourself that confidence boost of "yeah, I can do a little bit more." On the first set, use a weight you know you can do and are comfortable with. On the next set, go up by about five pounds. Go a little heavier and feel it out. If on the last couple of reps you feel like you can do more, then on the third set go a little higher and increase the weight a little more. Feel it out. That's where you might stop, and then bang out that same weight for the fourth set. But challenge yourselves, guys, because when I did it yesterday, it was a whole other feeling

of amazing. I totally elevated, and I want that for you guys too. So give it a whirl, try it out, challenge yourself tomorrow, and smash the like button if you're going to do it. Let me see those like buttons rain right now. Let's go. I see a lot of hearts. I love it. Do it, guys, because it's going to push you outside your comfort zone, and muscle grows

outside the comfort zone, and muscle is what gets you toned. Muscle is what changes your body composition. So you have to get yourself outside your comfort zone in order to make your body and your muscles adapt to change. So let's go, squad. I love it. The like buttons are firing. Mary: "Hey, hey, Nikkiey, newbie here." Nice. Welcome, babe.

"Macros and MyFitnessPal, my two new best friends. Down eight pounds so far." What? That's amazing. Yes. I love reading your success stories, guys. I love seeing your success stories inside the Facebook community. That's amazing. This is just the beginning, Mary. Just the beginning. I cannot wait to see your journey in another six months, eight months. Fire. That is so exciting. Christy: "I am literally so excited listening to you."

Let's go, babe. That's awesome. Valerie: "Loving your swag. I can see it even though your hair is hiding it." Woo. I don't know if I should say this, but I'm so excited. For the last week, I have been going back and forth with a wholesaler, figuring out screen printing so we can get the swag printed on some tanks, some t-shirts and some other small things.

I had to rely on my team as well. But I can confidently say that very soon, this swag is going to drop. And I am so ungodly excited, you guys. If you've been a WarriorBabe for a while, you know it's been back and forth with the swag. It's been a focal point, then something else came up in the company and we had to focus on that.

Then it was a focal point again. Then COVID-19 hit, and the drop shipping wasn't working because the lead time to get shipments to me or to you guys was too long. So now we're doing it old school. And yes, I see the like buttons. I can confidently say it's coming very, very soon. So stoked. All right, Nikita.

"I always thought that if I lift more it will make me look like a man, but I'm trying to lose weight." No, you guys, come on. I have put on a lot of muscle in my five years. Sometimes on Instagram it can be blown out of proportion, because it's probably right after a pump from my workouts, but I have a very, very feminine look to my body. You are not going to look like a man. Men have testosterone. We have small amounts of testosterone.

So there's no way we can reach what men look like. There's no possible way, unless you are taking steroids and pumping growth hormone into your body, your voice starts changing and your jawline gets all out of whack. That is the only way you are going to look like a man. I promise you, if you do what I'm telling you to do, you do the weights, you do the macros, you push yourself, you go for heavy weight, you become a beast and turn on your beast mode, there's no possible way you will get insanely jacked.

Guys, I've been doing this for five years and my muscle structure is very, very feminine. I'm maybe a little further along than what you guys probably want for toned, and I totally understand that you don't want as much. But this is putting on a lot, and I don't look like a man. I know on my Instagram or Facebook ads, if you see them, there are so many women who say I'm juiced up or I take steroids or all that kind of stuff.

They tell me that I look like a man on my Instagram or my Facebook ads. It's ridiculous. Don't let that thought, that limiting belief, get to you. It's not possible. You don't have as much testosterone as men or anybody who's taking steroids. Yes, Michelle: "Hashtag challenge accepted." Let's go, babe. I love it. Thank you so much. Fire. Awesome. Yes, you're welcome. "Getting back on track with my nutrition and posting in the group for accountability."

Angela, let's go, babe. I saw your post the other day. Let's go. Kick it into gear. Pull your shit together. That's my tough love to you, because I know you've been a WarriorBabe for a minute. Pull your shit together. Let's go. Valerie: "Calling me out. That's great. Can't wait for the WarriorBabe swag. Yay, swag." Yes. That's exactly what we're going to be doing, Michelle. We are probably going to launch a pre-order so that I can get an idea of how many units I need to order.

We'll probably launch the pre-order soon. I want to keep it exciting. My team is watching me, like, "Nikkiey, we're going to launch it soon." We're going to do a pre-launch so we have an idea of numbers. It's probably going to take about three to four weeks to get everything in, and then we'll be able to ship it to you guys. It's all coming together, and I am so excited. We're all going to be rocking WarriorBabe swag.

What's even cooler: I know you guys have been in the gym and seen other women doing the same workouts you were doing, and you'd walk up and ask, "Are you a WarriorBabe?" Now it's going to stand out even more. When everybody's wearing WarriorBabe swag, you're going to be like, "Oh my God, you're a WarriorBabe." I can't wait. It's going to be awesome. "Women look so beautiful toned." Yes, yes, yes. They really do. Plus, your body exudes your mentality. Your body exudes the strength you have. Your body exudes your confidence.

Muscle exudes that. It shows your strength. It shows your confidence. So exciting. "Nikkiey, I've been on your program for several weeks and I'm not seeing any results. I believe I need to adjust my macros. What is the recommendation for adjusting macros to get to the right numbers?" I wouldn't recommend adjusting your macros first. I would increase your cardio expenditure first. Depending on how many cardio days you're doing, if it's three days, I would do four days. If it's 30 minutes, I would bump it up to 35 minutes. And I would make sure you're consistently hitting your macros on a daily basis.

But I wouldn't adjust your macros at first. I would just increase your cardio expenditure first. Angela: "Got it." Nikita: "Love this woman." Love you, babe. Michelle: "Make sweatshirts." Awesome. I got you. Trust me, I got you, guys. I don't want to say everything. I've got to keep the excitement going. Although I don't know if I'll be able to sleep until we launch this. I can't wait. Alana: "Can't wait to rock this shirt." Yes. That's awesome. "I found out there are so many babes in Florida."

Close to me. Yep. If you guys want to, fire off a post in the community: "Hey, babes, where's everybody based?" We did that before and I got something like 300 or 400 comments of where everybody was from. You can scroll through, see if somebody's in your area and connect, which is so fucking awesome. Nikita: "I know this program is for us women, but my husband loved it too because he eats what I cook, and he is losing weight." That's awesome.

That's fire, you guys. I've had so many people reach out to me recently and say their husbands want to do this too. "What are the macros for men?" Completely different, by the way. But maybe next we do WarriorBabes and WarriorDudes or something like that, which would be so freaking cool. All right, you guys, let me know if you have any more comments or questions. I love hanging out with you guys. I love coming here for these Q&As every single Wednesday, helping you and being here,

getting the whole troop fired up and excited, answering all of your questions and providing you guidance. Love it. "My husband loves the workouts." That's fire. Yes, yes, yes. All right, you guys. I'm going to pop off from our Q&A. I appreciate you all. Remember, I think the conclusion of this Q&A is: get excited about your goals.

Get excited about what you are working towards so that it doesn't feel like a chore. It doesn't feel like a job. It doesn't feel like, "Oh, this week I'm not making progress." Well, you're not going to make progress every week. So get your vision. Get clear on what you want to accomplish. Get excited about it. And go back to those Blast Off emails, the videos inside the Facebook group in the Units section, and watch them, because they will help you write affirmations, get your goal down, get your why down, make a committed decision, all of that. Do that.

I highly recommend it. Because when you get this in alignment with your goals, it is so much easier and so much more fun. You will start accomplishing everything you need to on a daily basis. That's how you gain confidence. That's how you get your results. Love you all, babes. Keep up the good work. Keep crushing it, and I will catch you next time. Bye, everyone.
