Teresa was 45, in menopause and coming back from cancer, and she had almost written off the idea that her body could change. She had tried the fad diets: eating very few calories, keto, cutting out whole food groups. None of it lasted. With WarriorBabe she saw real body composition change. She got stronger and leaner and reached a place she had never been before.
She says one of the most important pieces was the WarriorBabe community. Having somewhere to voice frustration, admit she felt stalled, and be cheered on to the next step helped her push through the down days and trust the process. She also made close friends there and now talks with them every day.
For Teresa, this was never a quick fix or a 90-day program. It became her lifestyle. She never felt deprived, and she now makes better choices across her life. She says she is mentally, physically and emotionally stronger than ever, and her message is simple: you are never too old to change.

Interviewer: What changes did you see in your body?
Teresa: I started noticing that obviously I was getting stronger. It's easy to deprive yourself and lose weight, but I started noticing real composition change in my body. Getting stronger, getting leaner, really getting to a place I had never been before, prior to cancer. I had almost written it off, thinking I was 45 and I'm in menopause. There's just really no hope. And that's just absolutely not true. WarriorBabe gave me that hope.
One of the most critical things, on top of all the information and tools that Nikkiey gives you, is the amazing WarriorBabe community. I just couldn't do it without it. It's such an incredible support system, and everyone's there building you up and cheering you on. Everyone has these down days, and they know they just have to push forward and trust the process. But being able to voice that frustration or concern, or that you're feeling stalled, to a community, and have everyone jump in and support you and build you up and cheer you on to that next step, has really been life changing for me.
The changes in the program that WarriorBabe provides become a lifestyle. It is completely my lifestyle now. It's put me in a position where I'm mentally, physically and emotionally stronger than I've ever been in my entire life. I've made close friends through the WarriorBabe community. Very close friends. Best friends. We talk every day. It's truly changed my life for the better. It's given me life and confidence beyond anything I thought possible.
And better late than never, right? Never too old to change is what I keep telling myself. I just love WarriorBabe. I love what it's done for me. I've never felt deprived, or like I had to eat so few calories, or do keto, or only eat this and cut out food groups. That stuff just doesn't work. I tried it. It doesn't work. WarriorBabe gives you the tools necessary to make this a lifestyle. It's not a quick fix. It's not a 90-day program to your best body ever. That stuff doesn't work. This works. This gives you the tools. This gives you the ability to change your lifestyle, to use this to catapult you into the best version of yourself.
I cannot say enough positive things about WarriorBabe. Every positive change that has happened in my body composition since joining WarriorBabe is truly because of WarriorBabe, the program and the tools that Nikkiey and her team give, and the incredible Facebook community. It's such an incredible program. I'm so thankful. I make better choices in my life regarding everything that is going to help me continue this lifestyle.
